Ltd provides fully acreddited, high quality
(maximal QOF and Patient Survey statistics) NHS medical
services for patients usually from the UK. We are additionally part of a private UK GP network . The original medical
practice was established over 100 years ago, moved into a new purpose-built polyclinic in
1994 and was incorporated in 2002.
We are located in Preston, Lancashire, North-West UK, and operate from modern,
privately owned, medical premises, currently open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. weekdays and
shortly at weekends and evenings. We are a five minute drive from the main UK motorway
network (M6 Junctions 31 or 31A) and have a very large free car park on site with
Preston's Sainsbury's (over 2,000 free car parking spaces).
We provide both through
the state (UK) National Health Service and privately all services usually provided by UK
family practices (GP) primary care.
Through our Company
status we can provide private services to both our private and NHS patients. Our main
Center also incorporates a large successful Dental Practice and a private Chiropractic
Practice. Our medical director is of dual UK / Canadian Nationality.
We can provide services to patients which are not available from
the NHS, including private vaccinations, private treatments and medication, DNA testing,
private HIV testing and
Corporate Services -
pre-employment and company screening medicals as well as HGV and PSV medicals. |

Our GP and Practice
Nurse consultations and treatments include all standard services but in addition:-
Flu vaccination.
Healthy patients below the age of 65
(who are not "carers") are not entitled to NHS flu vaccination and cannot
legally, under current NHS regulations, obtain flu vaccination privately from their own
NHS practice. We can
legally vaccinate any suitable patient. The cost of flu vaccination is £15.
Yellow Fever Vaccination for visitors to endemic Yellow Fever
areas. We are the longest established Yellow Fever Vaccination Center in the region -(the fully inclusive cost, including
international vaccination certificate is
£40). We also stock other common travel vaccinations including
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Typhoid vaccines.
Meningitis
ACWY and Rabies Vaccines.
Relenza and Tamiflu for prevention and treatment
of flu.
DNA
sampling and analysis in association
with Orchid Cellmark and LG Diagnostics,
including DNA paternity testing
Xenical for weight reduction
Levitra,
